the breakfast spot was GREAT, and i loved that they had a travel adapter to loan in the room! the WiFi was fast. the air conditioning worked well.

There was only one mirror in the entire apartment. This made it difficult for a large group. hot water finished quickly when showering.

The studio included a functional kitchen with utensils. I could prepare simple meals. The provided tea, coffee, and treats were a welcome touch! A separate walk-in wardrobe offered plenty of space for luggage storage.

The door's magnetic opening occasionally failed. It caused some anxiety.

I found the contactless check-in smooth and convenient. the door code worked perfectly and without any issues. the location was fantastic and near the center. the digital system to enter the building worked really well. Customer service via whatsapp was very responsive.

the air conditioning system in my room did not work, so i could not use it for heating or get rid of the humidity.

The hotel provides a mini type elevator, helpful if you carry a big or heavy luggage. It assists with a few staircase before the main elevator. a laundry room is available on the ground floor, it includes two washing machines and detergent.

the kitchenette comes well-equipped with all necessities. there is a carrefour express within a 5-minute walk, great for easy grocery shopping. coffee, tea, and sweet treats awaited me as a welcome gift, this was a kind gesture.

my apartment included a kitchenette, bar seating, a sofa area, and a spacious separate bedroom. i found an instant camera hung on the wall. the hotel provided coffee, tea, and also yoga mats, all very useful.

glitchy systemstreet noise

The self check-in felt impersonal. I missed having a real reception. the online system had a glitch, so getting into the building was difficult at first. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise late into the night and early in the morning. it's disappointing when trying to get some rest after long days, i think?

The location was central, yet it was quiet at night. The bathroom was huge and very comfortable with nice heating. The sheets were flawlessly white and clean. The wardrobe was big enough.

The breakfast had limited options. The lady serving was not friendly.
